Great equipment still underperforms if it's sized wrong for the Orleans property. We start with actual measurements, not a tonnage guess.
Many comfort issues go back to sizing decisions made years earlier. Assessment comes before equipment selection, every time.
Standards we hold on every job.
Every quote is backed by an actual load calculation, not a square-footage guess, so equipment matches the home.
Permits get pulled, install follows current Orleans, MA code, not shortcuts that cause resale headaches.
A written labor warranty backs the install, on top of manufacturer coverage.
Existing ducts get inspected for leaks and sizing before new equipment is connected, not just bolted onto whatever's there.
What the process actually includes.
A full Manual J assessment covers all four to land on the correct equipment size.
We recommend based on load data, not upsell pressure.
Existing ducts get pressure-tested and inspected, sealed or resized as needed to match new equipment's airflow needs.
New equipment often has different requirements — we verify capacity before install day before scheduling.
Includes equipment placement, line sets, drainage, and startup commissioning to confirm performance.
Permitting is handled on our end, useful if you ever sell the property.
What to expect on an install project.
We book an in-home visit — sizing can't be done accurately by phone.
A tech shows up with load calculation tools and measures the property for a room-by-room walk.
The quote reflects real load numbers, with a few efficiency tiers to choose from, based on actual data.
We install, commission, and back the labor with a written warranty once the job's done.
Feedback from completed installation projects.
